Privacy notice​


This Privacy Notice applies to the sites and applications where it appears.

Servicios Profesionales Generales y Especializados, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Ticket Holder"), with its address at Lago Chalco 204, Col. Anáhuac II Sección, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, CP 11320, Mexico City, Mexico, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, is committed to protecting the personal information provided by each individual (the "Information"). To this end, Ticket Holder has established the following guidelines to safeguard such information.

1. Personal Information Requested

Ticket Holder will request personal information from users of its services, holders of personal information, to provide a personalized experience while using the services offered by Ticket Holder. This includes, at Ticket Holder's discretion, sending messages of potential interest, whether proprietary or from advertisers and third-party partners with whom Ticket Holder has agreements. To enhance the experience and service quality, a satisfaction survey may also be sent.

The information requested may include: name, email address, home address, postal code, contact phone numbers, date of birth, personal interests, and credit card information. Not all information requested during service registration is mandatory, except for information deemed essential by Ticket Holder, which will be specified at the time of registration.

Ticket Holder requests such information to facilitate ticket sales or when necessary, such as participation in contests or promotions sponsored by Ticket Holder or third parties, surveys to improve services, or purchases made by users. Collected personal information may be used for event promotion, data analysis, service improvement, advertising, and content provision through third-party partnerships.

To opt out of any mailing list, you may send a request to julio@turningpoint.com.mx. By registering, the data holder consents to the voluntary provision of required personal data. If mandatory information is not provided, access to specific services requiring that data will not be available, though other services may still be accessible.

Ticket Holder does not collect or store sensitive personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, current health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preferences.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

Ticket Holder employs advanced technology and processes to protect the personal information provided by data holders. This includes encryption and other measures to prevent unauthorized interception of data, such as credit card details and email addresses. Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to protect against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.

Ticket Holder’s website may contain hyperlinks, banners, or tools that lead to third-party websites. Personal information provided to these external sites is not covered by this Privacy Notice, and its handling is not Ticket Holder’s responsibility. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of such third-party sites.

Ticket Holder may transfer data to third parties, such as sponsors, advertisers, contractors, or business partners, for purposes including event promotion, data analysis, service improvement, and advertising based on user interests. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or legal authorities, or to protect Ticket Holder’s rights, property, or users.

3. Financial Information Responsibility

Ticket Holder may use financial information to comply with requirements from financial institutions, process transactions efficiently, deliver requested goods or services, or enroll users in discount programs. Financial information may be shared with service providers, credit card issuers, or financial institutions for processing and other related purposes.

Financial data may also be disclosed when required by law or as part of fraud prevention activities. In cases of business ownership transfer or bankruptcy, financial information may also be transferred. Ticket Holder is not responsible for unauthorized use or disclosure of financial data by third parties with whom such information is shared.

4. Use of "Cookies" and Web Beacons

Ticket Holder uses cookies and web beacons to collect user information passively and track online behavior. Cookies are text files stored on users’ devices that help remember preferences, payment data, purchase history, and more. Cookies and web beacons may also be used for targeted advertising, improving user experience, or measuring site traffic.

Users may manage cookies through browser settings; however, disabling cookies may limit site functionality.

5. Means to Update the Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice may be updated or modified, with such changes published on https://www.ticketholder.mx.

6. Mechanisms for Exercising ARCO Rights

To exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO rights), data holders may submit requests via email. Such requests must include the following:

  • Full name and registered data.
  • Electronic copies of documents proving identity (e.g., RFC, IFE).
  • Clear and precise description of the data involved.
  • Details of requested changes or limitations and supporting documentation.

Ticket Holder will respond within 20 business days, extendable once by the same period if justified. Requests may be denied under certain conditions, such as legal impediments or previously completed actions.

7. Information from Children Under 13 Years of Age in the U.S.

Ticket Holder does not collect information from users under 13 years old residing in the U.S.
